Storage Bread Bag
For your bread to remain delicious and fresh for a long time, 3 basic rules should be followed:
- Buy or bake a loaf of good and quality breath /not baked frozen semi-finished product; a loaf of common classic crusty bread will do nicely. /
- Put the cold load of bread into the bag, and if a slice has been cut off, pack it well and put it the crumb upside down.
- Put the bread bag into a bread bin or at least into a kitchen cupboard. The bread should not be left at the draught of air.
If all the three rules are fulfilled, the bread will remain fresh and delicious for a long time.
The bag is made of linen with a certificate in food processing. The linen is sufficiently thick in a single layer. It weighs 200 g/m2.
